Applications

Methoxy polyethylene glycol amine is one of the most commonly used activated PEG derivatives in biomedical field. It retains excellent water solubility, low immunogenicity and good biocompatibility of polyethylene glycol chain, and the terminal primary amino group can stably react with carboxyl group, NHS ester, aldehyde group and other active groups to realize efficient chemical conjugation. It is widely applied in protein and polypeptide modification, antibody drug coupling and small molecule drug PEGylation modification, which can effectively prolong the in-vivo circulation time of drugs, reduce metabolic clearance rate and weaken immunogenic reaction. It is also used for surface modification of liposomes, microspheres and nano biomaterials to improve material dispersion and biological affinity. In addition, this product can be used to prepare biological hydrogels, biosensors and medical auxiliary materials, and also serves as an important carrier reagent in solid-phase synthesis and biological laboratory labeling experiments. Safety Information

This product is classified as mild irritant with low acute toxicity.
