2-Chloro-5-(difluoromethyl)pyridine is a key fluorine-substituted chloropyridine heterocyclic intermediate. It has high reactivity and can be used for nucleophilic substitution, Suzuki coupling, Buchwald amination and other organic synthesis reactions. It is widely applied as molecular building blocks for anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and central nervous system pharmaceutical intermediates, kinase inhibitors and small molecule targeted drugs. It is also an important raw material for the synthesis of high-efficiency agrochemical fungicides, herbicides and organic optoelectronic material intermediates.
