- Chelation performance: Forms stable complexes with Fe, Cu, Zn and other metal ions, prevents metal ion discoloration in cosmetics
- Esterification reaction: Hydroxyl groups react with fatty acids to produce triethanolamine ester nonionic emulsifiers
- Thermal Stability: Stable below 200℃; high-temperature decomposition releases ammonia gas
- Acid & Alkali Stability: Stable in alkaline environment; concentrated strong acid heating triggers side chain dehydration
