Product Description
Delta-Gluconolactone is white crystalline powder derived from glucose oxidation. It hydrolyzes gradually in aqueous solution to produce gluconic acid with mild and sustained acidity without sharp pH drop. Widely used in food additive, cosmetic skincare raw material, construction retarder and pharmaceutical excipient.
Appearance: White crystalline powder or granular crystal
Solubility: Freely soluble in water, slightly soluble in ethanol, insoluble in ether.
Storage: Keep tightly sealed in cool, dry, ventilated warehouse away from moisture and high temperature.
