Main Application

As a multi-target receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor, it is mainly used as a pharmaceutical API for the treatment of malignant tumors, including gastrointestinal stromal tumor (GIST) after failure of imatinib mesylate treatment due to resistance or intolerance, advanced and/or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC), and unresectable or metastatic well-differentiated pancreatic neuroendocrine tumors (pNET) with disease progression; it inhibits the activity of VEGFR2, PDGFRβ, KIT and other kinases, thereby blocking tumor growth, dissemination and invasion; also used in pharmaceutical research and development, preclinical tumor model experiments and related medical research fields.
