Storage Condition: Sealed, cool and dry place at room temperature; avoid moisture, oxidants, direct light and high temperature; recommended storage below 15 °C, keep away from incompatible substances

Main Uses

  • Rubber Industry: As a thiuram-type vulcanization accelerator and vulcanizing agent, it is suitable for natural rubber, diene synthetic rubber, butyl rubber, EPDM rubber, chlorosulfonated polyethylene and latex. It can decompose to release free sulfur when heated, with an effective sulfur content of 25% of its weight. It is safe at operating temperature, and the vulcanized rubber has excellent heat resistance and aging resistance. It is easy to disperse in dry rubber and water, non-polluting, and is generally used in the production of heat-resistant products, cables and other rubber products.
  • Organic Synthesis: Used as an organic intermediate, it can be used in the synthesis of other sulfur-containing compounds and fine chemicals, and is widely used in the research and development of rubber auxiliary agents.
  • Other Fields: Applied in the production of rubber masterbatches (such as masterbatch DPTT-70, masterbatch TRA-70) to improve the processing performance and product quality of rubber; also used in the research and development of rubber material modification.
