It is widely applied in cool drinks (such as lactic acid bacteria drinks, milk drinks, soda, cola), frozen foods (such as fruit syrup, ice cream), processed foods (such as fruit wine, mayonnaise) and candies, which can enhance the sour taste, mask the bad aftertaste, maintain the color of fruit drinks and extend the shelf life of products.
