Uses
Carprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug with significant anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic effects.
It is mainly used as veterinary raw material medicine, widely applied in dogs, cats and livestock for relieving postoperative pain, joint inflammation and soft tissue swelling.
In pharmaceutical field, it serves as key API and intermediate for anti-inflammatory and analgesic drug formulation.
It can also be used in biochemical research, pharmacological experiment and organic synthesis of carbazole derivatives.
