Dabigatran Etexilate Mesylate (CAS: 872728-81-9), also known as Pradaxa, is a synthetic oral direct thrombin inhibitor and dabigatran prodrug. It is a white to off-white crystalline powder, mainly used for preventing stroke, systemic embolism, DVT and PE, and also serves as a pharmaceutical reference material and research reagent.
