This compound is harmful if swallowed or absorbed through skin. Direct contact causes skin redness, itching and mild inflammation, and eye exposure leads to stinging, tearing and conjunctival irritation. Inhalation of dust or vapor may irritate respiratory tract and cause cough and discomfort. Operators must work in fume hood, wearing chemical-resistant gloves, safety goggles and dust mask. Avoid skin contact, inhalation and ingestion. In case of skin exposure, wash with soap and running water for 15 minutes. If entering eyes, flush continuously with clean water and seek medical help timely. After accidental ingestion, rinse mouth and do not induce vomiting, then consult a physician. Store separately from oxidants, acids and food. Dispose of waste strictly as hazardous waste to prevent environmental contamination.
