Applications
Lipase is a kind of efficient biological catalytic enzyme widely used in food, feed, daily chemical and bio-industry fields. It can efficiently decompose triglyceride into fatty acid and glycerol, and has strong catalytic hydrolysis, esterification and transesterification activity. In food industry, it is used for bread flour modification, dairy flavor improvement and oil processing refinement to optimize product taste and texture. In daily chemical industry, it is added into detergent to remove oil stains efficiently. Safety Information
Lipase preparation belongs to low-risk biological product with slight irritation. Inhalation of fine enzyme powder may stimulate respiratory tract, cause dry throat, cough and nasal discomfort, and long-term dust inhalation shall be avoided. Long-time skin contact may cause dry skin, slight itching and allergic reaction for sensitive skin groups. Direct eye contact will lead to foreign body sensation and mild conjunctival irritation, and timely flushing with plenty of clean water is required after contact. Accidental intake of a small amount will not cause obvious toxicity, but excessive intake may cause mild gastrointestinal discomfort.
