Applications
2-Amino-5-bromopyrazine is a disubstituted pyrazine heterocyclic intermediate containing amino and bromo functional groups. It has high synthetic reactivity and can undergo diazotization, nucleophilic substitution, Suzuki coupling and Buchwald amination reactions. It is widely used as core building block for antitumor, antibacterial, antiviral and central nervous system pharmaceutical intermediates, kinase inhibitor fragments and targeted small molecule drug synthesis. It is also applied in medicinal chemistry structure-activity relationship research, custom fine chemical synthesis and new pesticide molecular development.
