Applications
2-Amino-3-chloro-5-bromopyridine is a trisubstituted pyridine heterocyclic intermediate with amino, chloro and bromo groups distributed on the pyridine ring. It owns high chemical activity and can undergo diazotization, nucleophilic substitution, Suzuki coupling and Buchwald amination reactions efficiently. It is widely used as core building block for antitumor, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and central nervous system pharmaceutical intermediates, kinase inhibitor fragments and targeted small molecule drug synthesis.
