Applications
5-Aminopyrimidine is a core pyrimidine heterocyclic intermediate with high chemical activity. It can undergo diazotization, substitution, condensation and coupling reactions, widely used as key building block for antiviral, antitumor, antibacterial and cardiovascular pharmaceutical intermediates.
